With more than 8,200 employees and more than 1,000 physicians on staff, Park Nicollet is one of the largest health care providers in Minnesota. When the company needed someone to design and build a complete mechanical system (including sheet metal, pipefitting and plumbing) for its brand new 60,000 sq. ft. clinic, Yale Mechanical stepped in.
We were involved in all aspects of these systems from start to finish and from the ground up. The building features state-of-the-art, high efficiency equipment—including the HVAC and lighting operating on a fully automated system.
