Chris Young is president of Yale Mechanical. He joined the company more than 20 years ago and has led Yale Mechanical’s highly skilled staff in exceeding customer expectations as a single source supplier of mechanical contracting services. Chris continues to think outside the box while managing project design and construction to ensure cost, quality and scheduling expectations are met. Throughout his career, Chris has reached many achievements and has received awards for design-build projects he has managed. When asked about his favorite part about working with Yale Mechanical, Chris answered “the people I work with.” Chris also enjoys being outdoors and cheering for the Minnesota Twins.
Chris Siedow is the vice president of Yale Mechanical’s Industrial Division and leader of the company’s Millwright team. An IMCA member with nearly 10 years of experience at Yale Mechanical with more than 25 years of industry experience, Chris has welcomed the challenge of executing large, complicated projects with reliable, responsive and resourceful solutions. Chris has been a key contributor to the company’s vision and growth and has been instrumental in expanding operations. His team has been responsible for solving Minnesota’s leading manufacturers’ most challenging industrial needs. As a driving force behind Yale Mechanical, Chris still finds time to enjoy the outdoors at his family’s cabin and stay up to date with the Minnesota Wild on his iPhone.
As vice president of Yale Mechanical’s Service Division, Ron leads the Twin Cities’ largest service fleet committed to superior HVAC service and energy management solutions. He has been helping Yale Mechanical solve the toughest HVAC problems for more than 22 years and is committed to providing service with unmatched quality and response time. What Ron enjoys most about working at Yale Mechanical is the people. His favorite award or recognition from anytime in his life was earning “Outstanding Carrier of the Week” for his paper route when he was 12 years old. When he’s not making buildings work better, Ron enjoys spending time with his family at his cabin on Lake Mille Lacs.
Ensuring the financial strength and efficiency of Yale Mechanical for more than 10 years, Jennifer Martindale is responsible for the company’s accounting systems and procedures, critical financial and operational information, and the maintenance of appropriate internal controls. She also assesses organizational performance and develops tools and systems to guide the overall strategy of Yale Mechanical. Jennifer embraces the diversity of work and the ability to tackle new tasks each day. Jennifer earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting from Creighton University and her Certified Public Accountant license (inactive). When she’s not in the office, you can find Jennifer with her three very active boys running from one sporting event to another and following the Minnesota Wild.
